Our hiring process

Our process is as simple and friendly as our products. Here’s the road to be a part of our team.

Screening

  • We believe in conserving energy! 😉 So we first have a discussion over phone to know you better.
  • If you’re shortlisted, then we’ll send you an email or call you about the next steps.

Pre-interview

  • Assignment time! We give you one, basis the job-profile being offered, with an agreed reasonable timeline to submit the same.

Interview

  • We then schedule a personal meeting with you.
  • If you live in another city, we can interview you virtually via Skype or Google Duo. Post which a Psychometric Test & Value-Based assessment is done by the HR team.

Post-Interview

  • Feedback is shared with the candidate. And to the selected candidate, an offer is made. And if it’ accepted, then Voila!, a big welcome to the Digit family! 🎉🎈
