Mention the current name, old name, father’s name or husband’s name and address. You should post the advertisement in local daily newspapers such as Times of India, Dainik Bhaskar or any other vernacular language daily of that particular region.

Step 3 - Gazette Notification: Make an arrangement to publish an announcement in the Gazette of India. Submit a copy of the advertisement published along with other documents required to the Department of Publication under the Ministry of Urban Development of India.
