Will I lose my wellness benefits if I opt out of policy?
Yes. The offer of wellness benefits is exclusive to all individuals covered under Digit’s Group Health Policy & Digit's Health Plus Policy. Hence, opting out of the policy would result in losing the wellness benefits.
Do I get my wellness benefits if I renew my policy?
Yes. Since the wellness benefits are a feature of our health insurance, you get them every time you renew your policy.
How long are these wellness benefits valid?
The Wellness Benefits are valid for 1 year from policy start date.
If I have more than one health policy with Digit, Do I get wellness benefits for all the health policies?
Yes, you have access to wellness benefits – irrespective of whether you have one Digit health policy or multiple. However, there are no additional benefits provided for having multiple policies.
Is there any waiting period before I can utilise my wellness benefits?
Why wait for keeping healthy? There is no waiting period before you can utilise your wellness benefits.
Is there any minimum SI taken to be eligible for wellness program?
No. If you have a Health Insurance with us, you have access to our wellness benefits irrespective of your Sum Insured opted for.
Do I need to register separately for wellness program?
No. Just login into the Digit Insurance app with your registered email ID/mobile number and avail our wellness program.
Do I need to pay any additional premium for opting wellness program?
No. The wellness benefits are complimentary for our Health Insurance customers to help them implement healthy choices in their lives and thus improve health.
Do I get any additional wellness benefits for a claim free year?
No. A Claim Free Year surely adds a Cumulative bonus to your Sum Insured but your wellness benefits remain the same.
