How to Track Digit Claim Status
Easily check updates and monitor your motor insurance claim progress through the Digit app.
Access the Claim Status Section
Go to the Claim Status section in the Digit app. Here, you’ll find all motor insurance claims filed under your registered mobile number. Each claim entry shows:
- Policy Number
- Claim Number
- Vehicle Details
- Date of Filing
- Type of Incident
- Current Status: Open, Under Review, or Closed
View Your Claim Dashboard
Select any listed claim to open its detailed dashboard.
Inside the dashboard, you will see:
- Surveyor Details: Name & phone number for queries
- Garage Details: Address, contact information
- Timeline: A visual progress bar showing each stage from filing to delivery
- Claim Letter Download: Instantly download your approval or rejection letter
Review Detailed Claim Information
The dashboard also provides a full breakdown of your claim:
- Incident Summary: Reported damage details
- Submitted Documents: RC, DL, FIR, etc.
- Pending Actions: Any missing documents or steps
- Financial Breakdown: Approved amount, deductions, final payout
