    Download ‘Digit Insurance App’ from Play Store or App Store.

    Login to the app using Registered Mobile Number.

    Step 3

    Click on My Policies on the bottom right of the screen. All your policy documents can be viewed there.

    Step 4

    Select the policy and click on Download Policy option. The policy document will be at your fingertips without any hassle.

    Send a ‘Hi’ on our Digit Self-Serve WhatsApp number 70260 61234 from the number you’ve registered with us.

    You will receive a message to choose how you want us to serve you. Select the ‘Policy Copy/Features’ option, and then, click on ‘Policy Copy’ from the options available.

    Voila! Your policy document is now right where it belongs, with you!
