Is Visa-on-Arrival/E-Visa Available in the Philippines for Indians?
Currently, the Philippines do not offer the option of visa-on-arrival for Indian nationals. As a result, you must apply for a visa before travelling to the country.

- Spouse of a Philippine Citizen: If you are the spouse of a Philippine citizen, ensure that your Filipino spouse’s name is indicated in your passport. Provide a copy of the Report of Marriage issued by the Philippine Embassy or the Philippine National Statistics Office.
