Step 3: Fill out your personal details, employment details, and disability details.
Step 4: Upload necessary documents and click on ‘Submit’.
Step 5: After the registration, you will receive the login details like the enrolment number and UDID number on your registered phone number and email id.
Step 6: Use those credentials and your date of birth to log in the portal.
Step 7: After reaching the portal, click on ‘Apply online for Disability Certificate’.
