The Annual Pass is only valid at highways under NHAI & MoRTH jurisdiction. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their vehicle type and tag meet the official eligibility requirements under the Rajmarg Yatra app or on their IHMCL/NHAI website.
Who is Not Eligible for the FASTag Annual Pass?
Here are the categories of vehicles and users not eligible to apply for the FASTag Annual Pass:

FASTag Annual Pass Restrictions
While the FASTag Annual Pass makes toll payments easier, there are some significant restrictions to keep in mind:
The pass is not valid for commercial vehicle use. The pass will be deactivated immediately if placed in a commercial vehicle.
The pass is non-transferable and must remain in the vehicle it is issued for.
The pass is valid only on toll plazas managed by the NHAI. It will not be valid on state highways, municipal roads, or expressways, including the Yamuna Expressway or the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.
The pass should not be shared between vehicles, even if the same individual owns it.
- The pass will also expire when the user takes a limited number of trips or after one year, whichever comes first.
