"Anywhere Cashless initiative" ensures that our customers receive cashless treatment at large number of hospitals, even if it's not in our cashless network.

Here's how it works:

  1. Check if your hospital is listed for Anywhere Cashless. (25,000+ hospitals in list)
  2. Confirm with the hospital if they accept Anywhere Cashless.
  3. Inform us 48 hours before planned hospitalization or within 24 hours of admission during medical emergencies like accidents.
  4. Please ask your hospital to share duly filled claim form with hospital details via email nonnetworkhospital.cashless@godigit.com

Your Hospitalization Details

Duly filled claim form signed by treating doctor with hospital stamp. This form shall mention your treatment and expense details. Claim Form

Diagnostic test reports confirming your diagnosis and need for hospitalization.

Customer's KYC and E-Card.

Hospital Details (obtainable from Hospital Authorities)

ROHINI number/certificate.

Hospital registration, PAN Card, and Cancelled Cheque.

  • We'll review your documents and take a call on whether your claim qualifies for cashless treatment, based on your case and policy terms.
  • We will take maximum up to 48 hours to confirm your cashless admissibility and issue a cashless approval letter.

Common Queries you might have

Which hospitals are eligible for “Anywhere cashless” facility?

Cashless hospitalization can be availed in 25,000+ hospitals. Check the list here.

We are offering cashless services in these hospitals only. These hospitals are enrolled in the ROHINI (Registry Of Hospitals In Network of Insurance) list of IIB and are ok to provide cashless facilities. We do not provide cashless services in hospitals which are not listed in the above list.

Can I get cashless services in Government Hospitals?

No. Currently, government hospitals are not providing cashless facilities to insurance providers.

Can I get admitted to smaller nursing homes in my vicinity?

Check our network hospitals available in your pin-code. Check network hospitals here.

We can provide cashless treatment in the hospital of your choice if it meets our criteria for cashless hospitalization. The Hospital should have:

1. ROHINI ID issued by IIB (Insurance Information Bureau).

2. Minimum infrastructure to provide cashless. 

✔ Minimum 10 inpatient beds

✔ Qualified medical professionals (Doctors, Nurses, etc.) as per CEA guidelines (Clinical Establishment Act or any other guidelines issued by respective state government authorities)

Digit shall reserve final rights to allow cashless as per our internal protocols.

Is it mandatory to provide intimation to Digit for cashless hospitalization?

Yes, customers must inform us at-least 48 hours in advance for planned hospitalizations and at-least within 24 hours post-admission in case of emergencies (like life-threatening conditions and accidents)

If you do not share cashless intimation for admissions in non-network hospitals, we may not be able to arrange cashless service for you as such admissions require communication for empanelment and acceptance from hospitals on the cashless process.

How much time will Digit take to approve such non-network cashless treatments?

Our TAT is 48 hours for providing a cashless facility under the Anywhere Cashless Initiative as it involves certain dependencies on the treating doctor and hospital.
