Despite the Government putting a halt to the production of BS4 compliant motorcycles, TVS did not introduce any BS6 alternatives of Victor yet. 

• The older models came installed with a 125 cc engine mated with a 4-speed gearbox offering 10 HP of maximum power and 9.8 Nm of peak torque. TVS claimed a fuel economy of 70 kmpl.

• The BS4 compliant models consisted of a 110 cc single-cylinder motor mated with a 4-speed transmission. It delivered 9 bHP of maximum power and 3 Nm of peak torque. However, Victor provided a fuel efficiency of 59.8 kmpl in average city conditions.

• The later models offered drum brakes at both ends with the disc at the front for the braking setup. Both variants came with Synchronised Braking Technology (SBT).
