Following is a list of documents that individuals have to accumulate to get a house or flat under the HBH New Scheme.
In both cases, the balance amount has to be paid in EMIs over a period of 10 years.
Applicants who did not get any allotment under the Haryana Board Housing New Scheme will get a refund without interest.
Remember, applicants will not get the 10% of the amount that they deposited at the time of registration if they have withdrawn the application before the date of the offer of a house set by the Board. If any balance remains after that, applicants will get a refund without interest.
The allotment of houses in Haryana under the HBH scheme occurs on the draw of lots method after the houses get completed within six months from the registration.
