The term Bhulekh comes from a combination of two Sanskrit words, meaning land records. The Madhya Pradesh government has launched the online portal for Madhya Pradesh Bhulekh to assist the citizens for checking online land records. It helps to access important data like landowner details, Tenancy, and Crop (RTC), the shape and size of land, Record of Rights, etc.

It has made it more convenient for the citizens to check the background of a land before making any deals. it helps them to avoid ending up with disputed lands. The digitised BhuNaksha allows them to check the Cadastral Mapping of the land, while knowing more about its background and existence.

• You can collect payment through the portal of MP Bhulekh.

Step 1: First, visit the official site of MP Bhulekh, launched by the State Government.

Step 2: After the site loads, locate the option that mentions 'Search' on its homepage.

Step 3: It will redirect you to a place where you will find a list of services. Click on ‘Bhu-Abhilekh (Khasra/Khatoni/Map)’.

Step 4: A form will appear on your screen where it will require you to fill in your district, Khasra number, and village details.

The required documents can vary based on the type of mutation. In general, you must be able to produce the following documents to transfer or sell your land.

• Sales deed
• Copy of B1

• Copy of will and decree

• Death certificate (if required)

Step 2: It will open an online form. Fill it with your details including your name, address, registered mobile number, and registered email id. 

Step 3: After filling the form, click on “Register”. You will receive login credentials on the registered mobile and email ID. 

Step 4: Go back to the home page. Click on the “Login” option from the top right corner. 

Step 5: Enter the username and password that you received. Type in the captcha code and click on “Submit” to login as a public user.

Step 4: A new window will show on your screen where you must feed in the tehsil, district, and village columns.

Step 5: Also, you must provide your land number or plot number to continue.

Step 1: Visit the official site of MP Bhulekh.

Step 3: From the left panel, click on “Complaint/Suggestion Track”.  Enter either your mobile number or complaint number.

Step 4: Click on “Search”. It will display the status of your request.
