Yes, it is mandatory to have motor insurance while driving a vehicle in Worli. Not having insurance will make vehicle owners subject to penalties and legal consequences. 

The penalty for not having a licence while driving is ₹2000, along with three months of imprisonment. In case the faulty repeats their actions, the penalty is increased to ₹4000.

As per a recent report, an accident in the Bandra-Worli sea link resulted in the death of five people while eight others were injured. The accident occurred after a car crashed with an ambulance and four other cars in the south of the sea link. Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to Twitter to offer his condolences for the loss.
