• Step 1: Go to the NHA beneficiary portal and log in with your mobile number. Enter the OTP received and access your Ayushman Bharat dashboard.
• Step 2: Select the "Add Family Member" option on your dashboard and authenticate yourself using your Aadhaar eKYC.
• Step 3: Once the Family Member Addition Form opens, enter the member's details, such as name, gender, relation, and date of birth.
• Step 4: Choose the ID type, enter the ID number, and upload documents to verify the new member's details. Click on the "Submit" option.

After applying online, you can check the status of your card to download it. Check the Ayushman card status by following the steps below:

• Visit the official website (beneficiary.nha.gov.in/) and select the 'Beneficiary Name' option. 
• Log in using the registered mobile number, enter the OTP received on that number, and captcha. 
• Fill in all the necessary information, such as state, district, etc. 
• Click ''Submit'' and find all card-related details, including the card’s status.
