Why is it Important to Buy Tata Indigo Car Insurance?
The answer is basic, Protection. First and foremost, it is mandatory for every car owner to have their vehicle insured or he/she should be ready to bear heavy penalties. Secondly, car insurance will protect you and your pocket from an unforeseen sudden loss.
- Protect from Financial Liabilities: Your Indigo may stand vulnerable in front of an unforeseen natural disaster, an accident or a theft. Car insurance then becomes your true friend in saving you from the unexpected expense. Now if the damage to your car was your fault it hurts less and you may shell out from your pocket but if it had nothing to do with you, it hurts crazy and this can be avoided.
- Legally Compliant: As mentioned above, it is mandatory to have car insurance for your vehicle. It is illegal to drive your car without one. Failing to produce car insurance can land yourself in serious trouble. Obtaining car insurance online can be very helpfull where online softcopy will always be with you. Present fine for driving without insurance can go up to Rs. 2000 and maybe jail time. So even if you are a thrill-seeker, not getting insurance is a bad idea.
- Cover Third-Party Liability: In an unfortunate event of an accident, a car insurance policy covers the loss and damages of the third party who suffers due to the mishap caused by your fault. Sometimes in such cases, the damages are huge and irreparable and maybe beyond one’s present financial capacity, this is where car insurance steps in. It takes care of most of the financial loss and acts as a protector for the party on the receiving end.
- Extra protection with Comprehensive Cover: This type of cover is always the best as it acts as an umbrella to not only the other party but also to you and your Tata Indigo car. Going with Comprehensive car insurance assures complete peace of mind, as it will take care of the losses incurred and will provide better coverage from third-party liabilities. You can choose from multiple options available in the market and pick and customize the one suiting you and your pocket the best. A comprehensive policy, offers complete protection, staying true to its name.
More about Tata Indigo
Tata Indigo was Tata motor’s 'A knight in shining armour'. It was marketed as India’s first indigenously designed sedan. Sturdy, affordable, low on maintenance and highly economical, Indigo went strong for a little over 13 years since its launch in 2003. Tata Indigo breathed its first when Tata motors decided to pull the plug on Tata Indica. What stood before us now was a new, improved, improvised and better curated Tata’s yet another promise. Priced at Rs 4.86-6.25 lakh (ex-showroom), it was a complete value for money and treat for eyes, built especially keeping in mind Indian roads.
Why Should You Buy a Tata Indigo?
Living up to Tata motor’s principal, this Car was Pocket-friendly and Sturdy and it delivered what it promised and made history in C segment cars. This new glamorous Tata motor’s extension had the above mentioned two most important and basic requirements for the Indian market. Especially in the moderate-income sector.
With new improved features, glamorous exteriors, thoughtful and upmarket interiors, this gem did not disappoint. Spacious legroom, huge boot space of 450 litres, three-link suspension, sporty console, were all ‘icing on top’.
It was available in both Petrol and Diesel variant, with options to choose from Tata Indigo (first generation model), Indigo Marina station-wagon, Indigo XL sedan and Indigo CS compact-sedan (all three revamped Indigo options). Automotive Research Association of India stamped Indigo’s manual transmission petrol variant’s mileage as 13 kmpl and its diesel variant’s mileage as16 kmpl, with Turbocharged Diesel engine and 16-bit MPFI petrol engine options. Its fuel tank capacity- 42 litres. The car was a game-changer in its segment.
