Now, you must be wondering how to check bulk PAN verification. The first step in the bulk PAN verification process is user registration, and you need to register as a user to avail of this facility. The following steps will guide you through this process.
Step 1: Visit the official portal of Tax E-filing. Click on "Register" from the top right corner
Step 2: Enter your PAN to get started. Click on "Bulk PAN Verification User" under the user type
Step 3: Fill out the registration form with PAN/TAN details of your agency, communication details, Digital Signature Certificate, etc. Click on “Submit” after completing
Step 4: Provide an authorisation letter from the Agency's Head. Wait for the authorities to evaluate your request
Step 5: Once the verification is over, you will receive a mail on your registered email ID, which contains the activation link and User ID. Now, you can move ahead with your bulk PAN verification
Step 6: Click on the activation link and log in with the provided credentials. It will take you to the Bulk PAN Verification page
Step 7: Go to the Bulk PAN Query page. Click on the option of “Upload Query”
Step 8: Click on "Download Template". Here, you can upload up to 100 entries, including details like PAN, name, date of birth or formation of the institution, gender, name of the organisation, etc.
Step 9: Create a JSON file after validating the details. Select the type of query, and upload your files in XML format
Step 10: This screen will display the Transaction ID and Token Number after successfully completing this process. Record the details for future reference
