Step 5: Download the PAN application form using your reference number and get a printout. Attach the necessary documents, like date of birth proof, address proof, signed photograph, etc., to the form. 

Step 6: Mail the online application printout with the attached documents to NSDL or UTIITSL, depending on the portal used during the procedure. 

Step 7: You can track your application status using the reference or acknowledgement number provided. 

The Paperless e-KYC method is available for PAN card name change after marriage, as it ensures a hassle-free updation of information while avoiding the need to send physical documents for verification by post to NSDL or UTIITSL.
