Due to the expected crowd that will visit the Sriraama Temple, Rajajinagar, on the occasion of the Ramaanjaneya Idol Prathishtaapaana, specific traffic arrangements are being made. The devotees are estimated to start arriving at the temple from the 21st to the 23rd of October 2024.

The students of the National Public School, Rajajinagar, took part in the Road Safety Month Campaign, which was held on January 13, 2024, at Kanteerava Stadium with the collaboration of the traffic police and teachers. A colourful procession of the students from the participating schools crowned the beginning of the campaign launched by the Hon. Chief Minister of Karnataka, Mr. Siddaramiah, and Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. D. K. Shivakumar.

The ministers discussed some of the important rules of the road and called for ensuring that roads are free from accidents. Students distributed pamphlets on safety measures and participated in an awareness campaign, carrying yellow placards with safety messages. 

The activity helped promote community participation and highlighted the need for the students to be responsible members of society. The day ended well, as the traffic officers provided the children with some light snacks before they returned to school.
