WhatsApp Number

The government has also launched a chatbot on WhatsApp in an attempt to raise awareness about the disease and curb the spread of misinformation.

Users of this messaging platform can reach out to the health ministry at +91-9013151515. You can find relevant answers to your Covid-19 related queries by messaging “Hi” to this number.

You will then receive an automatically generated message from the helpline, following which you can post your query.
