1. Online Process

  • Step 1: Register yourself through the e-service of the Telangana government.  
  • Step 2: After registering, open the home page of MeeSeva and log into your account. 
  • Step 3: After logging in, click on the “Certificates” tab and thereafter select “Revenue Department”. 
  • Step 4: A list of services will appear in front of you. Click on “Family Membership Certificate”.
  • Step 5: Fill in the form with proper details. 
  • Step 6: Upload the required documents.
  • Step 7: Click on “Show Payment” and make the payment as shown on the screen. 
  • Step 8: Download the online receipt generated after the payment, and you are ready. 

2. Offline Process

  • Step 1: Visit your nearest Mandal office. 
  • Step 2: Get an application form. 
  • Step 3: Fill in the form properly. 
  • Step 4: Attach the required documents. 
  • Step 5: Submit the form and make the payment.
