RTO Bahraich

Bahraich is a municipal board in the Bahraich district of Uttar Pradesh, located in the Northeastern part of the Devipatan Division. • Violation of aggregators' licensing conditions: ₹25000 to ₹1 lakh
• Driving without a valid Vehicle Fitness Certificate: ₹2000 to ₹5000 

Yes, it is mandatory to have a motor insurance, at least a third-party insurance or comprehensive insurance while driving in Bahraich. Otherwise, it will attract a fine of ₹2000 for not having an insurance policy for the first time and ₹4000 for the repetition of the offence.
