RTO Sitapur

• Not Providing a Way for Emergency Vehicles: ₹1,000

As per the Motor Vehicle Act 2019, it is mandatory to have a motor insurance when driving on the roads of Sitapur or in any other Indian city. Failing to provide valid car insurance leads to suspension of the driving licence and vehicle registration, lack of financial protection and hefty fines.

As per news, authorities, aiming to reduce frequent traffic jams at the Bhitauli crossing in Lucknow, had planned to establish a new flyover. This will serve as a link between IIM road and Sitapur road. Furthermore, it will ease the movement of trucks and reduce the traffic load.

As per reports, the Transport Department in collaboration with NHAI organised a free eye test camp for truck drivers at Khairabad Toll Plaza in Sitapur recently. The doctors of the district hospital and CHC conducted his eye test confirming visibility is an important aspect of driving any vehicle.
