• Builders should only charge for the carpet area, excluding the super-built area
• Builders can not charge more than 10% of the total cost as an advance payment from home buyers
• Grievances registered to Appellate Tribunal should be solved within 60 days of the lodging of the complaint
• Builders should deliver the property timely, or they should pay the penalty charges
• The renewal of registration will be valid for 5 years
