Step 1: Visit the website of the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration or C&DMA

Step 2: From the menu, select the option of Registration and Mutation data dashboard where the report of the SRO Mutations Abstract will appear.

Step 3: Click on the name of the district. A report will appear as per the SRO PLT VT Abstract ULB.

Step 4: Several options such as Application Number, In Process, Issued and Rejected Within 15 Days will appear and the applicant can select any one of them to check the status of their application.

Step 5: Next, on selecting their request number from the list, all the details regarding a particular property can be viewed by the applicant.

Step 5: When the authority processes the mutation application, they will send an SMS to the applicant with a mutation application number.

Step 6: Concerned Revenue officers will start the process of mutation that includes verification of existing property tax and verification of the premises.

Step 7: Revenue officer, after completing verification will send the file for approval to the Deputy Commissioner.

Step 8: After making sure that there are no dues in regard to property taxes the Deputy Commissioner will approve the request.
