Commander (CO)

Oversees a specific unit or formation within the BSF, is in charge of executing operational tasks and ensuring effective resource deployment.

Second-in-Command (2 IC)

Serves as the Commander's deputy, assisting in command and control and providing operational and administrative assistance.

Deputy Commandant (DC)

A middle-management role supervises and coordinates tasks within a BSF unit or sub-unit.

Assistant Commandant (AC)

An entry-level officer position responsible for operational responsibilities, personnel management, and command structure support.

Inspector

Oversees specified tasks, maintains discipline, and ensures adherence to regulations while leading a team or group of employees.

Sub-Inspector (SI)

Serves as a supervisor, responsible for the effective completion of tasks, maintaining discipline, and advising lower-ranking workers.

Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI)

Assists the Sub-Inspector in operational and administrative activities, ensuring the smooth operation of assigned tasks and supporting the chain of command.

Head Constable (HC)

Senior Constable (SC)
