Step 1: Visit the official UIDAI website.

Step 2: Click on "My Aadhaar" and look for "Aadhaar Enrolment/Update Form."

Step 3: On a new tab, a form will appear; download it from there. You can also collect the same form at your nearest Aadhaar enrolment centre.

Step 4: It is a two-page document, fill in the first page and go through every instruction mentioned on the second page to avoid any errors.

Step 6: An operator will collect this form and other documents and then take your photograph and capture biometric information.

Step 7: After updating an applicant’s data in their system's database, they provide an acknowledgement slip.

  • Use block letters to fill out this form.
  • To write your birth date, maintain the DDMMYYYY format.
  • Fill out this form just as in your supporting documents. Even if there is any minor mistake, your application may get rejected.
  • You do not need to add salutations before your name.
  • The address you mention in the Aadhaar enrolment form, your card will get delivered to the same address.
  • Ensure you enter a valid mobile number and email id.
  • As you mention your contact number in this form, the database will link the same with your Aadhaar card.
  • If you want to request corrections, apply within 96 hours of enrolment. This service is available free of cost.
