Rash driving is a frequent issue in Raipur and it has caused serious trouble in this region. Recently the news of the death of a woman has been reported in Raipur because of the hitting of an overspeeding trailer.

Apart from this, the state government is paying special attention to the comfortable commutation of people by introducing new roadway-making projects. As per reports, one of the noteworthy instances is the making of a 2.79 km long tunnel that will connect Raipur with Visakhapatnam.
