When Were the New Traffic Fines Implemented in Noida?

The Motor Vehicles Amendment Act came into effect on 1^st September 2019. The amendments were confirmed by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways on 28^th August 2019. The traffic fines were revised to increase road safety and proper traffic flow.
