Parbhani is the largest city in the Marathwada region and acts as the administrative headquarters of the Parbhani district. The purpose of the two regional transport offices (RTO) here is to enforce the rules and regulations of The Motor Vehicles Act of 1988. The RTO Code of Parbhani is MH-22. Functions of the Parbhani RTO offices:

Yes, you can renew a registration certificate online through the Parivahan Sewa official website. You just have to log in to the website and choose the vehicle renewal option from a list of services available.

When do I need an NOC?

If you are planning to transfer the ownership of your vehicle to another person, it will be mandatory to generate a No Objection Certificate from the RTOs. The name of the new owner can only be registered following this NOC.

What happens if I get late in registering my vehicle in Parbhani?
