• Racing or speeding on roads: Imprisonment of up to 3 months, community service or/and a fine of up to ₹5000 for first-time offenders. However, for repeat offenders, it is imprisonment of up to 1 year, community service/₹10,000 a fine.

Yes, it is mandatory to have a motor insurance when driving a vehicle in Gondia. Failing to have insurance while driving a vehicle in Gondia will lead to 3 months imprisonment, community service or/and a fine of up to ₹2000. However, the fine amount will rise to ₹4000 if the offence is repeated.
