How to Apply for a Driving Licence Online in Pune?

- Step 2: The “DL Related Services” option is under the “Online Services” tab.
- Step 3: On the next page that appears, search for the state name, Maharashtra.
- Step 4: After that, click on the ‘Apply for Learner’s Licence’ (LL) option as displayed on the page.
- Step 5: To apply for testing, one must complete an online form, attach the required documents, and pay the application fee.
How to Apply for a Driving Licence Offline in Pune?
Here are the steps to apply for DL offline in Pune:
- Step 1: Go to the RTO office and pick up the LL application form, known as Form 2. However, you can download it by visiting the official website.
- Step 2: Complete the application and gather all essential paperwork.
- Step 3: Complete the application form, attach documents, deposit the fee, obtain a receipt and acknowledgement slip, and choose a time slot to take the Learner Licence test.
- Step 4: Take the test and get the LL after passing it.
- Step 5: You may choose a timeslot to take the driving test after one month.

Driving Test Procedure in Pune

How to Obtain an International Driving Permit in Pune?
If you decide to drive a car or ride a bike in another country, you must be prepared for certain rules and regulations you will face. You will need an international/foreign driving license if you are above eighteen.
It is a translation of a domestic driving license, which permits the holder to drive a private motor vehicle in any part of the world or other area where such a document is recognised.

How to Apply for a Driving Licence Renewal in Pune?
A renewal application shall be entertained not later than one month before the licence expiry date. If the lapse is more than five years from the date of expiry of the licence, then the applicant should go through all the procedures for getting the new licence. Online Process for Driving Licence Renewal in Pune
If you are from Pune, here are the steps to renew your driving licence online.
- Step 1: Visit Parivahan's official website.
- Step 2: Navigate to the Online Services menu and click on the button Driving Licence Services.
- Step 3: Choose the State of residence as Maharashtra.
- Step 4: Click “Next” to proceed to the next page, where you should choose “Apply for Driving Licence Renewal.”
- Step 5: Then click “Continue” and insert the DL number, your date of birth and the CAPTCHA code on the screen.
- Step 6: After entering the details, click on the “Get DL Details” box, affirm the details on the screen, and click the ‘Yes’ button if you agree.
- Step 7: Select the “Submit Request” option and then select the state (Maharashtra).
- Step 8: Choose your registered training organisation. If you are choosing a new RTO than the previous one, then you need to apply for a change of address and for that, you need to pay Rs.200.
- Step 9: Select the DL Renewal option and then enter all the details asked in the application form correctly. Additionally, provide the specified documents/credentials.
- Step 10: Click for fee payment and download the acknowledgement receipt once done.
Once the documents have been confirmed, the RTO will issue a renewal of the Driving Licence.
