Is it Mandatory to Drive a Vehicle With Insurance in Rampur?

According to the Motor Vehicle Act 2019, it is mandatory to have motor insurance, which applies to all Uttar Pradesh cities. If anyone is caught without car insurance, they will get penalised. For the first offence, they must pay ₹2000 and/or imprisonment of up to 3 months. For the second offence, they must pay ₹4000 and/or imprisonment of up to-3 months.
