• Step 1- Visit the RTO website. Click on “Driving Licence Related Services” under “Online Services”.

• Step 3- Press “Apply Online” from left-hand side menu. On the drop-down menu, press “Services on Driving Licence”. Go through given instructions on Application Submission and press “Continue”.
